90 year old newly widowed --screwed by the V

She is moving after death of husband. Try to transfer home phone and finally add high speed to account. They fail to drop dead husband off of account, they screw up and send two modems to new home, they add DSL to a # that is not the Mom's #--totally useless, now they say cancel the whole deal and start over. OMG she is 90 and they call her every day and say how's the service? Supervisor was supposed to call back and get it all straightened out --never did.
