We sent you an email

I called before going on a trip to Mexico to avoid international charges and the woman never informede about data charges. When I called to complain about the $500 bill I was trying to avoid in the first place the idiots at Verizon said that they sent me an email that explained it all. If I wanted the information by email I would never have called them in the first place. They refused to adjust my bill because it wasn't their fault. So much for customer loyalty. I guess being a customer since they had bag phones doesn't mean anything to them. Well. They have lost my business. Tomorrow I go to AT&T to see if they will appreciate my $250 a month phone bill more.

You were using data in another country and you really did not think there would be extra charges for that? Wow....might want to have kept that story to yourself. The Verizon reps you belittled are not the idiots.....you are. Maybe take some responsibility for yourself and your actions? Before you start in on the "I can't believe Verizon charges so much in other countries" kick, keep in mind that the countries set the cellular rates not the provider.

PS- and kudos to you for paying a monthly bill for a service that you use everyday. Good luck at AT&T, basically the same service and prices as Verizon.
