worst company on custom suppor online and offline

not mention you can't get a live person to talk to you on phone line, you can't get working online response, such as:
live chat ends as soon as you submit the question
online account password reset, right after you type temp pin and new password, it give you cannot process your request at this moment.
I got hold a tech support online after calls and calls and waits, he can't reset pw for me either, he said he is escalating to their engineering, and no hope at all. I am sure I am not the first person for such issue. how can't Verizon even fix a online service application?
they keep raising the price on all services, but never spend penny more on improving the service quality. this kind monopoly is just like US government, which become worse and worse on serving its people.
