Sub Account email setup and password

A thousand times is not enough to f'n reset your password, you must contact suppor to do what should be "in the cloud" "Self Service". Hire a new Customer Success VP Verizon!!!!

TELLL ME ABOUT THEIR F'EN PASSWORD BULLSHIT EVERY TIME ITS WRONG EVEN AFTER I JUST reset it. EVERY TIME ITS WRONG DIFFERENT QUESTIONS THAN THE ONES I ANSWERED WHEN RESETTING THE PASSWORD. AND THOSE ANSWERS "DO NOT MATCH WITH THE ACCOUNT YOU ARE ACCESSING" SCREW YOU, I KNOW the answer of my first pet, don't tell me its WRONG. HOW MANY TIMES DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO MY ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS I CANT TAKE IT ANY MORE

One thing I found they don't tell you is they don't like your Wireless and Residential accounts. Even though both appear on one website, MyVerizon, you actually have to have two different account names and passwords. Your Wireless has no idea your Residential exists, and vice versa. And neither does anyone you talk to at Verizon.
