Wanted: Verizon Rep To Strangle

Had a defective router replaced with a new defective router. Knocked my business out of the water for one week. Wouldn't put me on the phone with his supervisor because they were too busy. Of course, dealing with the multitude of other pissed off Verizon customers. Verizon sucks big time.

the managers dont want to talk to you they tell the reps all the time so its not the reps fault if the manager themselves wont take the call if you want go the your public utility commission or the fcc or verizons excutive offices
