Annoying billing practices

1. We have two land lines and get a bill for each. However, I access them online through one ID and password. A logical person would think that the appropriate phone number would appear on each online bill. Wrong. All I see for each is an account number. I have no idea which phone number the bills belong to.

2. When I do online banking, I click on View Bill for Verizon. That transfers me to Verizon.com. But do I then see my bill? Nope. I have to wade through screen after screen of "money-saving offers" before I can look at my bill.

3. In all the years I've been with Verizon, I have yet to see them implement one single suggestion from their customers. And I have no hope they will implement---much less read---my suggestions.
