Horrid business practices

I had a conversation with a Verizon rep to reserve my phone number to port to a pre pay and was told it would be saved for me only to discover it was immediately issued to another customer. Cost me much business. Another time they sent me a $2000.00 bill and I had go to the N.M. public regulatory commission to make them back off. Great coverage as I,m an over the road owner operator but they have horrid business practices. I believe a class action suit would not be out of order
