Missing iphone

Do not do business with verizon wireless if you can at all avoid it. I ordered the iphone 5s on October 3rd, over a month ago, because my phone broke, and I have yet to receive it. First, my order was canceled for no reason. The only compensation the customer service representative could give me for my inconvenience was a $10 credit to my account. Then fedex attempted to deliver the package (which was not addressed to the correct recipient), but did not leave a notice that delivery was attempted. I then spoke with a customer service representative from verizon, who said that they would instruct fedex to hold the package until I was able to pick it up. However, the following day the fedex tracking page indicated that Verizon had requested that the package be returned to sender. I then spent an hour on the phone with Verizon, and the customer service representative said that he was rerouting the package, and that I would receive it in a few days. I still had not received my iphone so I called Verizon to follow up, and they said that they had not been successful in rerouting the package, and that the phone had been returned to sender. I had not been notified that the rerouting had been unsuccessful. My credit card has not been refunded for this purchase. I am a full time working mom, and have spent too much of my precious and rare free time dealing with horrible customer service from verizon. It has been very frustrating to go without a functioning phone for over a month, and as of now it seems like I am going to be without a working phone for the foreseeable future thanks to the terrible customer service at verizon.
