Verizon representative are blatantly lying to customers

Verizon representative are blatantly lying to customers. My phone (landline) has a busy signal for the past 6 days. I have called numerous times and spoken to different representatives who basically tell me they won't be able to send someone out to repair my service because it is something internal. So they keep giving me a new estimated time that my service will be repaired. Every representative cannot give me a straight answer. There is also an automated service that tells you an estimated time your phone service will be repaired. I don't know what is going on or when my phone will be working again. I won't cancel because I just recently got the phone/internet/cable from this incompetent unprofessional bully. This is basically what they want you to do, so that they can send you an enormous bill from cancelling. I've heard so many horror stories from this same situation unfortunately too late. How dare you continue to lie and bully customers! What service are you giving to your honest paying loyal customers? You are a deceiver, a bully and a disgrace to the United States of America!

Verizon is a crappy service that keeps going up, and up, and up,...for their services and slammed us with one overdue bill that we kept paying more and more each month to bring it down. They, however, kept charging us late fees each month, so paying more each month was doing us no good. Although we know cable companies pull this crap all the time, we are switching to Comcast and start at a low price for the bundle, and will gladly pay off the verizon final bill when we choose to. Screw them-they suck! We will pay off the final bill, but let's see what they do when we say "by, by,". Also called us liars, poor communication skills with their customers, noone in their customer service departments knows their ass from their elbow, so they are a poorly disorganized company.
