bad after we walked out of the store

Got 2 phones 1 for me and 1 for the wife. From the first day had trouble they would not group the phones so we were getting charge double. 2 months thought we had it straighten out now we have 2 seprate bills for each phone plus the share plan. I mean wtf 3 bills in one month for 2 phones on a shared plan. Then to top it off I go on line to check the bill and it says paid you owe $0.00 but service disconnected. So now no cell service near winter distance driveing in old beater no way to call for help if i need it. What a great company i hope somthing happens so i can sue and bankrupt them.

I am having the exact same issue. My husband and I went into the store together to set up an account with two lines. Well, we figured out that the rep set up two separate accounts when we received our first two bills for $150 EACH. After two lengthy phone calls (over an hour each), the problem is still not corrected. Each phone call, we were transferred to approximately five people and had to explain our "story" over and over. We still have not received any of the credits for this mess, and we are brand new customers. I wish I had stuck with T-Mobile. !0 years and no problem.
