As I read all these stupid posts of crying adults complaining about their Verizon service, bills, reception, etc... I just laugh that none of you fucktards take any personal accountability or responsibility of how you and your family use your phones and most of these posts are without merit. I have had 5 phones on my account for over 10 years with NO issues whatsoever, because I know how to manage the account. Its funny how all you assholes all use this pointless site to post your crying rants and put the blame on Verizon.

If you can't afford to put food on your table, you don't need a cell phone.

I don't work for them, although I almost wish I did so I could be on the receiving end of you idiots calling so I could hang up on you jackasses. Also, I was an AT&T customer before and you are all out of your fucking mind if you don't believe that every other cell phone company has the same customer issues and problems that all of you fucktards have. You all complain about cell bills rising??? What about oil companies? They rip off every person that drives a car every time they need gas. Sorry, I have not had any of these issues that everyone here "claims" to have had. .

Let's talk about accountability. I've been a customer for 10 years and my service has been getting worse in and around my house. I have complained and was recently told the only way I can get better service is a network extender for $250. So I get to pay money for a service I'm already paying for? I told them to send me one for free and I'd stay. They said no so now I'm taking 5 lines with me to T-Mobile, that's 5 lines all with data plans do the math.

A typical asshole customer wanting everything for free. I have been shopping at the same grocery store for 20 years, I think this weekend I will load the cart to the max and tell them I want it all free because I'm a 20 year loyal customer.... I can only imagine how this will go....but hey, it's worth a shot.

I agree with the guy who said OP is a typical asshole customer who wants everything for free. Those customers are the real reason prices go up. They waste everyone's time with bullshit, which cuts into valuable time that could be spent helping people with an actual problem and cutting into revenue making time.
