Removed Channels from Contracted Bundle Package

We entered into a 2 yr contract for Fios triple-play. TV, internet and phone.

Recently they removed 10 channels from our contracted bundle and did not alert us, nor did they provide a credit for the channels that were removed.

We called them they told us if we wanted to keep those 10 channels it would be $10.00 additional per month.

These channels were bundled under contract. They removed them on the sneak, and now when customers are calling to complain, they say you need to purchase them.

These 10 channels were under contract, why do I need to pay for them if they were included.

Verizon is bad business, I would tell people looking to acquire Fios to stay far away, you will get burned by Verizon.

Ten channels? You're a liar. What package do you have and what channels did you lose? You won't reply because you can't.

Read the Terms of Service of your contract and you will see the channels can be added or removed at any time. That is not a part of your bundle contract. Channels are removed or repackaged depending on the amount of viewers. This happens with all cable providers. They have to pay each network a fee to carry that particular channel. If not enough people are watching they will repackage the channels.
