Worse Customer Service EVER

Been working on a Verizon issue with my (non) ability to stream TV. The solution is as easy as resetting or creating a new account.

Currently on hold for 38 minutes without speaking to a sole. Since the automated message is timed to 10 seconds.... I have heard the message "all representative busy 228 times... Total time on this issue 3.9 hours, 6 phone calls, and two work tickets. Very Sad.
