Just Bad Customer Service

I've gone into a branch 3 times in the past 2 years. Each time has been worse than the last. Spending a few years working in retail, I'm pretty familiar with the customer service field. More importantly, I can tell pretty quickly when someone is not interested in helping me. I guess that's the long story short right there, their reps in the store are awful. Last time I went in, the guy was listening to his headphones while he was helping us. We could hear the music from them standing 3 feet away from him. We were there for about 30 minutes, and 4 times he had to ask us to repeat something because hs "wasn't listening." He, literally, said that. He did not tell us what he was doing to help us, and I found out after I got home that he was not doing what we originally asked. Im due for an upgrade, which sucks, because I don't know what to do. I do not want to step foot in that store, nor do I want to give Verizon any business. Stuck for another 2 years at the moment though..oh well..
