They must think customers are idiots

I have been a FIOS costumer for several years and no longer had a contract with them. Recently I noticed I had been paying for services I was no longer using so I called to remove them since I wanted to LOWER my monthly bill. My live chat got disconnected and after getting tired of not getting a response I send them an email telling them about the live chat and how I wanted to reduce my services in other to reduce my monthly bill. They sent me a copy of what my new (FEWER) services will cost and IT IS MORE THAN WHAT I AM PAYING RIGHT NOW!!!! Wouldn't you think it was the responsibility of the rep on the chat to alert me of the increase in the bill. IT IS PLAIN NEGLIGENCE. I AM TERMINATING MY SERVICES!
