Oh the inhumanity!

After having my phone malfunction, VERIZON made me pay $5 additional a month for insurance to even replace the defective phone! After that and many other problems over the course of two years my replacement phone's screen went black. I went to the store and waited 2 hours! I kid you not, 4:15 until 6:30 simply waiting for someone to take my complaint! Then the lady looked at my phone, saw an old crack in the screen that had been there for months and said it was my fault and I had to pay an additional $40 to replace my phone. Reluctantly I agreed and then she tells me they don't make that phone anymore so I have to use my upgrade plus pay the $40 and an additional $30 activation fee for my "free" phone! And to top it all off they took away my unlimited data plan and forced me into a limited one!!! Oh the inhumanity!!! The horror!!! The pain!!!
