verizon confuses the customer

I think they make things so complicated and try to keep the customer so confussed so they can not figure out the bills etc.

I got updated to MORE plan. Called to asked what I got more of. The gal talked in circles for 10 min. I never understood a word.

Verizon Sucks!

$240 or more a month for my families 5 phones.
You would think they would help me not confuse me.
