Verizon is Great, This Site is Bullshit

This site is a joke. If you think verizon is bad, have a go at the other company providing service there.... chances are they are using a coax netwrok 4-5 decades old, dispute more labor violations than enroll new customers, and regulate bandwith allocation (*cough COMCAST *cough) Face it dickhead, theres no golden goose.

I agree, I'm not a Verizon customer anymore but that's not because of them it's because of myself. People (like myself) need to get off this site and focus on the real world. If all you have to do with your life is to hate on something then your life must be truley sad and I'm sorry for you.

i've had a issue with verizon 23 minutes into my contract and have done everything humanly possible to resolve the issue for over 65 days.. still no solution and more problems come everyday. they have me do the same thing every day expecting diffrent results they are crazy. they even called the police on me at 3 in the morning because i said i'd rather bite a bullet then call tech support again. my children were very alarmed. the sales rep straight up deceived and lied to me at the store and i have it all on video if you would like to see it sir. i have been trying to get a solution and now when i call they say my account is locked and any technical issues i have will have to worked out VIA MAIL like postal mail. i am disabled and they did take advantage of me and now the devices are not usable but still have service they won't let me close account or get solution to fix it... tell me this verizon rape site would exist if somehow there was not a need for it.. they raped me, they raped me hard. begging me not to leave them,they'd hate to loose me as a customer.. they want me to be a part of the verizon family.. they will solve my issues.. untill that 14 days is up then its all going to be part of a nightmare if your one of the unlucky ones like us who have a real problem that they just cant solve...

Apparently you have never had to constantly pay for a service you don't get... As for me, I can't wait until Service Electric comes here!! Anything is better than the .5 to 1 mbps I get from Verizon!

When someone keeps stealing your money and you dont want anyone to help you your the dumbass! venting is healthy and this is the appropreat place to do it. I left Verizon to join a family plan on another carrier. Worst mistake ever! I paid my ETF and I am comfortably back with VZW. I have never had a single issue with them and love their coverage. Yeh it's a little pricey, but I'm willing to pay for uality.

I still have the wireless service since '96 have yet to have any problem with VZW. I used to work with them.

HOWEVER, I quit almost 10 years ago and haven't looked back. Their tech network is the best, but I hear ALOT of customer service nightmares and it makes me sad for the company it once was. It USED to be solutions driven, but I guess that changes when it emerged into a mature market instead of developing(BIG difference). Philosophy, commitment, vision makes all the difference, but when it changes, look out.

It's about the people, workloads they each have(in the name of 'efficiency'), training and support from managers that'll dictate how customers are treated.

I've heard the same thing about FiOS. The landline side is the stepchild of Vz and their CEO treats them as such(ask any landline employee about Lowell, and watch their reaction).

Hopefully google will buy the landline as they will have ALOT more commitment to it than Vz.

Oh, the person who started this specific thread is most likely a Vz employee troll. Every company has issues but seldom does anyone NOT working for them really have the time or even cares to waive their flag.
