Did not honor BOGO deal

I ordered a Galaxy s5 and a htc one m8 to get the buy one get one free deal. They never sent it. So I called to inquire about it. The customer rep said the order never went through and said that he would re-order it for me. Later I found out i was charged 614 instead of 414 which was the original BOGO promo price. So the guy pulled a fast one and charged for two separate phone orders. I called customer service to complain about it and patiently waited for 2 days to get no answer back yet. :(

Chances are they are not going to call you back. You simply must call back are request a supervisor, that in all likely hood will just be a coordinator. If you do not get satisfaction while on the line with the supervisor, request a manager, which is an actual supervisor. There are so many cust service reps all over the country accountability is low. I worked for this company at the corporate level. Shameful practices are what lead to my resignation. Call and call again. Make them accountable for their mistake.

So I called them up again and they told me that the internet sales team should be able to take care of it and that i should not be charged for the second phone. They transferred me to internet sales and the girl knew nothing saying she can't do anything about it, she is just a sales. I have to deal with it with billing. But I was just transferred from billing. Damn it. Wasted about an hour. Got frustrated and called up my credit card to see if they could deal with it. They saidi they would investigate with the receipt i received and the right price. Hopefully they will take care of it. Verizon's customer service sux.
