Buisness failure

My buisness decided to go with a different company for our tv/phone/internet support, and in the beggining of our transition we had another company come out and give a quote for us to consider... 350$ a month for all three services. When we were paying 450$ for internet and phone from Verizon. Talk about a difference. Long story short, as soon as they got wind of us going to another company, and as soon as the other company put in an estimate for porting phones. Verizon shut us down. 4 days without internet, and 2 days with no phone. Needs less to say they hurt the buisness unfairly. And we've been contracted with them for over 10 years. I will NEVER EVER recommend verizon to anyone for anything. And will bash them every time I get a chance.

It wasnt verizon that shut you down it was the company you went with. The way port works is a request is made to port the number. Verizon approves the port and gives the go ahead for the port to take place for the date that your provider requested.Dont be so quick to blame your previous provider without knowing facts!
