Verizon has me Drop Calls at least 10 a day

I have called Verizon before about the increase of dropped calls and they told me the area I am at is a variable location which means great service is not guaranteed. I was offered a $20 credit of only one time. They told me I will continue to get this bad service because of the area. I am in the city which does not make any sense, there are towers all around me. I told them I want to cancel since they can not even fix their issue and they told me I had to pay $210 for early termination and I have been with them for over 3 years. This is terrible customer service, they do not even offer to fix the bad connection and do not even offer me continuous compensation since it will continue to be bad service so now I am stuck on bad service with Verizon.

Call in say you have a Marginal Coverage ask to speak to Tier 2 Tech Support you CAN terminate due to bad coverage WITHOUT ETF fees i terminate lines all the time for that
