If you put anything Verizon within 500 miles of my grave, I will haunt you for Eternity

I have been working on an assumption of liability which should be a simple transaction. I have been working on this for approx. 8 months now- pretty much on a regular basis, and in fairness, I am not holding them responsible for the times that I was not right on it. However, in the last couple WEEKS- I have been working on this- I reps at the retail stores have not given me the proper information (do NOT join the EDGE program if someone else may assume the liability)!!! The phone associates that I have had to tell my story to time and time again, paying off the edge phones to the tune of $1K, only to have them come back and tell me I needed to have an additional $125 deposit per line, which in my case would have been $625. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH VERIZON ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, my only regret, is that Verizon is the only carrier that gives reception currently inside the building in which I work. If I didn't need this...I would yank them so fast, I HATE YOU VERIZON, you TRAINING, YOUR POLICIES AND ALL OF YOUR BS!!!
