charged for a disconnected account for six months

I had three lines, one was reported lost many months prior to nov 2013. On nov 2013 I contacted customer services to disconnect my account. I got my final bill, where I was issued a refund for the last bill. After that every month for the next six months they continued to debit money from my account. When I tried to access account online it was closed down. When I spoke to customer service I was told that yes they have notes about when I tried to disconnect but I line was active..(the line that was reported lost. When I called to close account I reported this was lost and I wanted all three closed). I was told that since they could only confirm three months usage, I would ONLY receive three months worth of money(@70 per month).

They knew enough to close my online account, and send me my final bill but not to stop charging my account. I will never go back to verizon again.
