Perfectly And Consistently Incompetent

I attempted to renew my contract, initially it seemed to go smoothly. I was going to have the same services and just return one dvr box and get a regular HD box. This would save me $9 per month. I did this the following day. One day later, we lost half of our channels including many cable channels and two movie channels. Again, I was told that nothing would change. I called them back and after 45 minutes, i was told that my service had been downgraded. Nothing could be done until I called the billing dept. the following day. The billing dept. said that they could not correct the problem until I turned the new box on in my house? Despite the fact that there are already 3 other boxes. I turned it on and the problem was not resolved. I called again and they said that turning the box on had nothing to do with it. If I wanted the same package, I would have to pay $20 more. The 1st person made a mistake, and quoted the wrong price. I said I wanted the error corrected and to pay the price I was quoted with the same service. This call lasted 90 minutes. I spoke to someone in the Elite department. He said that he would try to get me that price(after I asked to cancel the service ) and that the channels would be back by 2pm the next day. Two days later and we do not have the channels. Another 60 minute call, I am told that this "order" could not go through until the other order for the boxes that I switched went through. I returned the box on 5/29 and it would take until 6/11 for the order to go through. The channels would be turned back on afterwards?? Makes no sense. I am so frustrated. I do not want to ever deal with these people again. Almost $175 a month and over 7 hours of wasted time in phone calls to get no resolve.

Seriously cancell now there just going to take more timr money and frusrtation untill you do. I waited tilk my cintract ended and they still charged me for a bunch of shit at almost 800$ when i finnly left them

SERIOUSLY??? After reading that last comment, I guarantee it is all your fault. You can't spell to save your life so by that reasoning I bet you didn't read your terms of service that are provided in many different forms. Hell, you probably can't read which means you can't follow directions either. If you are having someone read this to you have them explain to you that you are an idiot and probably shouldn't even have a phone or Internet. There should be a test required for dumb fucks such as yourself before you can get service. What a waste of oxygen you are. I pray you have not brought children into this world as we have enough idiots already.
