Sorry service

We have had verizon for about a year and 10 months In the last month weall if a sudden have very little coverage at our home. My dtr uses a hot spot for school and can't even stay on to do her homework much less take a test. Verizon takes the complaint twice and says they see a problem with fluctuating service but send a text issue resolved Still no improvement I will keep calling til someone listens.

Brandon Fl, poor service . I cannot understand why. Phone checks out ok at other Metro areas.

No rocket science needed here. You ever hear of cell phone antennas????? Verizon may not have one close to your area.....hence poor service.

Also, telecom carriers allow other carriers to utilize their services to ensure data and calls can be made. Naturally, limited broadband, however this can contribute. Also, the material your home is made of, locations. Does this happen everywhere? certain locations,? I can point you in the right direction.
