A Fucking huge bill

Ok. As you may guess, my family got a fucking huge bill from Verizon. How huge, you may ask? Try $3,000. I kid you not. I am not a troll. We seriously got a three thousand something dollar bill from Verizon. Before that, we had gotten a three hundred dollar bill. They claimed that we had been on the internet 24/7. Even as I had the modem and was on the phone with them, they claimed the internet was running! We have since just quit using Verizon and their computer internet. I am typing this from a cellphone.They have quit bothering us because they've realized we won't pay a dime of that bill. However, we got a phone call threatening to take legal action, even though I think the case was still listed as pending. All of this is true. Verizon is the shittiest company that I've ever seen. Fuck you, Verizon.

Well first off I am going to say you actually might be using the data. Now, what you want to do is write their executive office and have an Executive Relation rep contact their NRB with a filed trouble ticket and you will have an answer within 48 hours. Now typically of you call their tech support you get an NRB and this generally looked at a low level. However, by contacting their Executive team you will get more answers and they will actually address the issue because this team reports to their Executive Leadership in the region they are located.
