Verizon Small Business

I have had nothing but one problem after the next nothing has worked not the phone or the internet have work correctly from the stat, then the billing even when the phone and internet did not work, there were problems with inaccurate billing and overcharges.
The most frustrating part is and I am not exaggerating - Hours and Hours on the phone on hold to try to resolve the problem, 6-7 hours and several calls, over days as a business owner I do not have the time to wait on the phone like this, I have tried to get this to work and now I can not invest one more minute in working with Verizon Business. I am canceling as soon as I get in contact with a representative so ridicules, do not use Verizon they have no respect for there clients at least for Internet and business phone systems
