Verizon is taking Seniors over the coals .How are the getting away with it ?

Verizon ? A bunch oh heartless thieves !! Check it out , Call the AGs consumer protection office . They bill on the first of the month in advance ? You do not receive your bill till the 8th,9th or `10th ? then blame the USMail You have till the 25th to pay your bill ? That is fifteen days to get them the money for the bill? If you use the US Mail as they do your bill will not get there for 6 to 9 days ? Which makes you late and guess what they charge you $5.00 late fee .Not bad enough your paying in advance for there service ? They are taking advantage of everyone but Seniors most of all because no one will help us ? they will not change the due date to stop this thievery because the money they are making on this scam ? Check your Please ! call the AGs office get help Make them stop !

Depending on the state you live in there are now discounts for seniors.If you have not already done so you may also want to ask them about Lifeline which is a state and fed run program that offers discounts. In regards to not being able to change your bill cycle I do agree. It is ridiculous. Only Fl, Cal, & Tx customers have that option and that stems back to when they were GTE. The Bell side won't do it.
