Another day in Paradise

Ok, lets start off by saying that Verizon truly does SUCK (my BIZ service). Today after being sent to 4 different depts. and each one telling me that I was in the wrong dept they transferred me to the Asst District Attny of NY! What the F$#%$. Yes folks they transferred me off the grid to a highly ranked rep from another state. Then after calling back into the same toil free to it connected me to another toll free # (verified on my phone) and it connected me with another Verizon dept sales when I was looking for service.

Just the other day I ordered FIOS (my Home Service) and today I called to verify my order (email never received) and they screwed that up as well (conversation recorded on my end)and they promised me 2 things that customer service said were absolutely bogus. The customer service dept did not care that the rep was recorded promising things that they could not live up to. Hello ATTNY general can you say class action suite, I should have stayed on the phone with the guy from NY as I am sure they would like to know what is going on but honestly he most likely would not care either!!!!!

So as of August 1st they are going to lose all my BIZ.

I am replying to my own post because I forgot to add the KICKER, when I attempted to port a Verizon # to another carrier they told the other carrier I had to pay for the installation of a line, then port the # to the new line $150 and then the # could be ported to the other carrier (SIP provider).
Let me state that after 25 years in the telecom BIZ I have never hear of anything so ridicurus! The reason for our port is every time it rains we have to call and have the line repaired. The last Verizon tech said and I quote "we will replace the copper lines when dogs learn how to talk"! So they are aware of the shitty conditions but still will not release my line to the other carrier (SIP)because they know COMCAST has better service.

7 times we have given them the chance to fix or replace the circuit with another solution and they come back with a $500 more a month solution.

JUST LET CUSTOMERS GO HAPPY AND YOU WILL NOT BE TRASHED SO MUCH, SAVE WHAT INTEGRITY YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE LEFT AND STOP BEING STUPID!!!!!!

The last tech had no issue telling me he made $28 per hour and could care less about the customers issues!!!

confused are you a fiber or copper customer fiber lines are harder to port because of the network comcast and verizon networks are different copper lines are easy to port not fiber lines and 2nd comcast dosent provide true fiber not taking up for verizon but just trying to understand what your saying
