Overcharged AGAIN

My bill arrived this past Saturday and when I opened it, I was shocked to find a bill for NINETY-THREE DOLLARS even though I did NOT make a single toll call in the last two-three months. Notice that I said the bill arrived on Saturday, forcing me to wait until Monday to call Verizon.
Verizon has this attitude that the customer is ALWAYS wrong. I normally pay around forty dollars a month, but NINETY?
