Public Safety Risk

I work with Senior Citizens in low-income housing. A client has only a cell phone for communication. After a total of 4 hours on the phone, at least half of which was spent going through the menu to attempt to get a live voice, the Supervisor hung up on us. She insisted that the credit card was the problem despite repeated statements to the contrary, and the fact that her own subordinate had said it was the change of address at the root of the problem. They are truly a horrible company. Foolishly, I hoped the woman would call back, and that it all had been a mistake. Ha!
