FUCK VERIZON, WILL NEVER SEE MY BUSINESS AGAIN

Verizon overcharged us for an extra box rental! So we had to fight our case for an hour and a half. Every time they would try and say something technical as to why we were being charged 6 months for an extra box rental, and finally at the cancellation department the lady says "OH YOUR RIGHT! You have been being overcharged for 6 months!" An hour and a half on the phone with those assholes and possibly idiots, so as we proceeded to cancel all and any services provided from them, they proposed that they had to charge us 40$$ to cancel because they solved our problem. FUCK YOU VERIZON!! NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU INCOMPETENT ASSHOLES AGAIN!

once again it goes to show that people do not look at their bills. Even if you don't get a paper bill you can still go online and view your bill every month and if there's a problem, then call the company you're having a problem with instead of waiting 6 months to get something fixed because you finally got off your ass and looked at your bill. While I don't work for this shitty company I do work customer service and we all have to deal with this kind of problem daily. Yes they may have screwed up but it is the customers responsibility to review their bill. Also, they wouldn't charge you a fee to fix your problem. You probably signed a contract and that was your early termination fee. I hope you do find a company that you like but don't blame it all on them. I had the same problem about 3 years ago, caught the mistake on the second bill. I called them and told them that the box had been returned and gave them the UPS tracking number. They were able to quickly look it up and correct the error. Even if I didn't have that tracking number the representative told me that I could give her the serial numbers of the boxes that I had and they could do a trouble ticket for me to correct this problem. Regardless, no matter who you have service with, it's your responsibility to look at your bills and report problems. While we all hope that we don't have problems be realistic. There are going to be issues with any company sometimes.

That is fine that I did not pay attention to my bill, but I should not have to spend an hour and a half fighting with them about fixing my bill... shitty customer service. Obviously you missed that part in my story, so next time double read before you comment.

And another thing, is the convenience of having online bills and auto-pay so you don't have to view your bills every month. Besides if they were over charging me for 6 months, it shouldn't matter when I catch it, they should still fix it. Your point is kind of mute in my opinion.

You are so stupid. No dumbass, the reason for online billing is to save you from getting a paper copy and also the convenience of being able to go on line and view your bills. It is still your responsibility to at least look at it and make sure there are no issues. Paying the bill online has nothing to do with it. You are correct that it shouldn't take that long to fix your problem however, most companies will have a limit as to how far back they will issue credit for so do yourself a favor and look at all of your bills when you get them so you don't have problems like this and waste your time while getting your panties in a wad!!!

Looks like you support companies that like to add on additional charges that hopefully customers wont see, you probably work for such. Since I work in customer service, I believe that customers should be able to rely/= on us (the company) to be fair (at the least) especially with billing, and what has happened to me is not fair. So I find it reasonable to not look at my bills for some time and let auto-pay do its thing. When I call after 6 months after false billing, I expect my money back (which for damn sure happened). So I still do not agree with you, and I think you are the stupid one, especially for being on this site giving people like us a hard time. So suck it.

No I don't work for, nor do I support companies that do something unethical but you were the one that is stupid for not looking at your bill. I am just trying to let buttwipes like you know that if you would take a look at your bill, like you are SUPPOSED to you could have saved yourself this grief and not wasted all of that time dealing with it. Its called COMMON SENSE!!! Suck that douchebag!! Have fun waiting for another company to install their service as you waste more of your time. Eventually they will piss you off for probably something that was your fault to begin with and you will deal with it again and again. History repeats itself so do yourself a favor and pay attention. See ya!!!

Looks like you really wanted to get your point across there Bob. I do not feel like typing it out again especially for retards, so I will just say to you...read my previous post. Your outlook on common sense is really refound by the way. You said you work for customer service, sounds like you should start looking at other occupations because I think your career will be short lived. And I don't know why you are trolling my post, you must have nothing better to do than read peoples complaints for Verizon.
