I have been a Verizon customer for two miserable years.Within that time i have experienced an average of 20 dropped calls a month.When i called to investigate the problem - the tech people kept me on the phone for nearly an hour.They explained that indeed the service in my area was sub par.I explained that i have have never been able to fully utilize my plan.I asked for some relief in terms of my bill.Their response was that i had "used " the service as their records indicate,therefore i was not eligible for any type of compensation.So in essence i have been over billed for a service that i could not access.In simple terms this is called -THEFT!!! sO FOR A PALTRY 100$ A MONTH I GET A PHONE THAT WORKS 30% OF THE TIME,NO WAY OUT OF MY CONTRACT.What a racket.
