17 year customer, won't let me upgrade a line in the middle of a contract

I have be a 17 year customer spending 50000 over that time. Try to upgrade a line in the middle of a contract to give them more money and they won't let me do it.

All companies have poilicies...just becauae your with someone for a very long time does not mean that you are any more important then someone whose been with us 17 days...
