I will never ever ever go back!!!

Verizon has good service areas, I'll give them that. Never dropped a call. Too bad they treated me like garbage as I had a reduction in pay and had to leave them, fully intending to go back someday. NOT NOW!! As I went to their store in the mall to ask for my account # so I could switch to a cheaper company for awhile, they guy acted like I was a criminal. This is the SAME guy I'd give TONS of business to over the years. Bought several I Phones from him, and directed others to him. Hatefully, he told me I had 14 days to realize the mistake I was making and then I wouldn't be allowed to come back. No idea what he meant by that, I just wanted to get my acct # and get away from his stinging attitude towards me. Am I really a traitor for leaving a phone company for awhile for financial reasons??? THEN>>>> the WORST started. I was able to port over all but one of my 5 phone lines. That one, wouldn't port. Now I know why. Verizon apparently can hold numbers, and they do it so they can hold your account in limbo though you've left them, continuing to charger you. I left 6/16/14 and ended up having to pay through 7/14/14 because Verizon said I didn't cut it off before my next billing cycle had started. Soooooo, you got it, they charge you for an ENTIRE cycle even if you cut if off two days into the next cycle. THEN!!! I went about trying to pay the final bill. Sounds easy enough right? Wrong! As SOON as you disconnect, they remove your ability to pay online. I searched high and low for somewhere I could pay online. When I FINALLY found their secret hideout, I had to have so much information to access my account I had to dig through tons of paperwork just to pay the final bill!! I soon realized they do THAT so they hopefully can charge you late fees for not paying on time. They started sending out COLLLECTIONS warnings within two weeks after I shut off my service with them. Don't get me started on how hard it was to get THAT PAGE that showed my ETF on it so I could be reimbursed by my new phone company. They ain't havin' none of THAT either!!! Today is a marvellous day. I just got done paying the final amount to Verizon. And as Taylor Swift says, I AM NEVER EVER EVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER WITH YOU VERIZON!!!!
