Verizon customer service don't care about customer

I've been a customer since 2000 I've always had great help with customer service for ordering, updates and issues with my bill. And only this one time I wanted to get a early upgrade for my daughter for iPhone 5 s for her 17 bday I called last Saturday told them my situation cudtomer service they said they look into it call me back by end day never called me. I called today same thing but got disconnected rep never called back. Called again rep said sorry she's 10 months out. I told them I would upgrade mine sign another 2 year contract for all phone still was no. I've paid bills in time I got three lines. This time verizon let me down. All I wanted is to early upgrade you are my last hope. I love verizon but if they won't help out one time maybe another carrier will help. I referred all my family 15 lines total. You're an idiot. The reason you sign a two year contract is so you CARRY OUT A 2 CONTRACT. Verizon's incentive on giving you a phone that you couldn't/wouldn't normally afford is that you will pay a full 2 yrs worth of service. There is no bartering or deals made in this business. It's clean cut and to the point. No ifs ands or buts.
