Strong arm EXTORTION

Been with Verizon for a while, no issues, two high end smartphones, recently renewed with a new phone, month later there is a dead spot on the screen that will not respond to the touch. Have really good insurance though the local Authorized Verizon retailer where they replace the phone on the spot with a NEW one for a small deductable. Rep at store says that is a known issue with the phone and to contact customer service and get it covered under warranty. Got a new phone, sent back the old phone in MINT condition. Now they say they received it with a cracked screen and are hitting me with a $299 "damaged device fee". really? Small calim court suit to be filed Monday! Im not buckling to their demands!

I am fifteen year cell customer, missed last months payment by eight days. BAM BAM . bend over , $5.00 late fee. First late payment fee in 15 yrs with GTE / Verizon. They stick it in you every time.

Yeah, they truly should send out a bottle of Vaseline with every hyped up fee they charge. Assholes they are. Thieves in the night.

Well, I received a phone call from someone at the "Executive Resolution Department" and in less than 10 minutes she issued a full credit of the $299 damaged Device fee. I logged into my Verizon Wireless account and the -$299 is already showing as a credit. MOST impressive! Guess Verizon Wireless doesnt suck after all.

To the idiot who bitched about you being 8 days late...your a fucking joke pay your bill on time there is even a 7 day grace period and if you call customer service theyll generally waive it your just a whiny bitch
