Waited for two hours

I went in to pay my bill for the new cycle. I waited for two hours and the woman checking me in didn't even check me in correctly. I waited and waited and eventually was helped by a short dumb blonde who proceeded to help me pay my bill. Well... She lied... The payment went through and she gave me the receipt but when I left the store my service was not turned back on. I paid the full amount...BTW..I went back in and ended up waiting another hour for the same girl to lie to me and tell me to reset my phone when I get home... And give me a bogus national number to call...(wow right)...Did it...and guess what??? It didn't work. I went back in a third time and the blonde was no nowhere to be found, a rude brunette woman snappy and in a rush told me to contact customer care because "it might be my phone..." .... Contacted customer care they told me they never post marked a payment on my account... So now I have to go back in tommorow to sort everything out.. The worst part of this whole thing is the fact that I missed a job offer... I was denied via email
