Verizon wireless

I just switched from Cricket to Verizon, because Cricket had a bad coverage in my area, if I knew how bad this company sucks I would have never done it, I spent $100 on Moto G, and hope I can transfer that phone and my number to another carrier after the first month... I can't contact nobody, there is no customer service number on Verizon web site, and if you call *611 all I get is automated crap, there is no way to get to talk to a live person... very frustrating, and horrible customer service, thank you dear Jesus I got a prepaid, I can't even imagine having to deal with those morons for 2 years... do not get Verizon, trust me...
