Verizon Wireless SUX

The customer service sucks. Each week on a prepaid hotspot calling plan for $90 a month I have to call in every month to renew even though auto pay is supposedly set up. Their website sucks because you cannot fix the auto pay plan renewal for pre paid account. So far after six months I still have not had their customer support fix auto pay even though they say every month they found the problem. This month I've made four phone calls each of which I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and no one has picked up. This shows they do not care about their pre-paid subscribers more about the reputation of their customer service.
