Lied to by customer service

It all started with my defective note 3 32gb (I purchased new)they told me it was defective and would only replace it with a (used)galaxy s5 16gb but when the s5 32 came out I could exchange it. I told them I was not happy with my s5 and I was told at the store that Verizon should make it right and upgrade me to the note 4 when it comes out. As soon as I got the email telling me I could pre order the note 4 I called them they then told me I could not pre order that I would have call when it became available. Now the phone was released and I called again they told me they did not yet have used warranty note 4's but they would be willing to give a note 3 to try and see if it worked because they were not all defective just the first run models. I called them and was told that if I go to the store they might be able to help me better so I drove all the way to the store just to find they could do nothing for me so I called back (this is Thursday)and said send me the note 3 the rep said she talked to supervisor and they could send me my note 3 she also asked if I wanted to upgrade to 2 day shipping for 6.99 I said no thanks free shipping was ok she said ok it would ship out to me that day. 2 days later (Saturday) without express shipping I received my package I opened it up and it was another galaxy s5 I called the next rep and he said it was a human error but he could not fix that the rep who put the order in would have to fix it and she should be in Monday and overnight one to me. Today is Tuesday and no phone so I called the next rep he told me there is no way they send me a note 3 for a s5 that once I took the s5 for a replacement the note 3 was void. I said you told me it was defective and you said I could only have a s5 as a replacement so HUMM either keep one that does not work or take the S5 he then said I could use another upgrade trade my phone in and pay 100 for the note 4 or don't pay 100 and get the note 3 I told him I already used upgrade 6 months earlier to get this phone now I have to lock in another phone to get my other phone back. They do lie just to get you off the line. (All of these phone calls were about an hour each explaining my story over and over) A billion dollar company and they cant just make it right. I knew when ALLTEL was bought by Verizon service was going to suck.
