It took more than a month to get the number ported.
The connection didn't come on as instructed.
To find this out I had to visit the store.
I had to go to the store because I couldn't call.
I couldn't call because the store ordered all of their business cards with the wrong area code.
I have called Verizon many times because I can not get to my account.
No one can make it so I can sign on.
They are going to mail me a temporary password.
They can't fix the account.
They can't email me.
They can't text me.
They can tell me that they are sorry that I feel they are rotten.
The problem Is my emotions.

1. Can't access account.
2. Problem is my emotions.
