On demand mafia

we spend over $500 per month to verizon. We rent lots of movies and have phones and Internet. Many movies we have rented don't work. We call into verizon. Spend 30-40 minutes trouble shooting and finally they get it to work. Almost an hour later. It's horrible. Finally I decided on the 5th movie I didn't want to waste 40 minutes trouble shooting. I simply said please credit my account. The rep said no sir. Yoy need to complete the entire trouble shooting otherwise we cannot credit yoy. I said I apend 500 a month. All I want is my $6 back. I don't want to trouble shoot. He said too bad. I said I would cancel my verizon contracts. He said ok. Unreal. Verizon is evil. They know they have yoy by the balks. They don't care.
