Billed without Knowing

I switched From Verizon To T-mobile. Cancelled 3 out of the 4 lines cause i transfered them over...Didn't know my 4th was still active cause I couldn't access my on-line bill for 2 months. only after reporting them to the BBB did i get my on-line access back. Only to find I was still being billed for the 4th line that i would have cancelled as well had I known. Now that I'm almost done paying off my bill they shut down my on-line account access again and Turned me over to collections. and No final bill recieved yet. and I've been dealing with this issue since March. and Still waiting my Final Bill.

when you contacted the Better Business Bureau, after they helped you, did you ever find out why you were not able to access the account? If the account was still active they should not have shut the registration down. If they did that was bullshit on their part. I'm glad you were able to get some of it straightened out but just questioned that pat as I am not able to access my account and going thru a similar problem. Thanks
