Stop abusing VZW phone repa

So as a current VZW phone rep (call center) here is the deal and a few tips and some education for you people one we do not hang up on you our phone panels get traced if we do and thats a fireable offense. Number two stop taking out your petty bullshit on us, everytime you call us cursing screaming ranting or acting a complete fool it is notes VERBATIM what you say and if you get over the top nasty ylur account goes bye bye. Also keep in mind we are judged on stats...you wanna disconect go to the store dont call us. Three you wanna know why you get reps who maybe rude or afraid to tell the truth or transfer you to far away nowhere because those customer satisfaction surveys you get if we dont fet a score of a 8 9 or 10 our PAY goes DOWN so you can end up making a single mothers pay go down or you get so nasty you just made a 18 year old girl with her first real job cry...get the fuck over yourself the world does not owe you a living rules are rules sorry ylu cant upgrade 16 months early because you didnt wait for a new iphone 6 sorry that you have teenage brats who rub your data up and you ignore the warnings because somehow its our fault sorry that the world doesnt suck your dick and gives you everything for nothing i dare you to go to sprint or tmobile once you cant complete calls or texts you idiots will be back

Tip for you: If this is any indication how you take notes on my account, this is the reason I have to explain over and over again what is happening to a phone bill I pay for. Now, go sit in a corner, proof read your bull crap, then come back & speak to us in English.

Wow, you are a Verizon customer service rep? We do not yell at the reps, but it does get frustrating that your service has gone downhill. When a customer updates his bank account information well in advance and yet your system still charges an NSF fee because the previous rep would not make sure of the correct bank account information, don't you think I have a right to be angry, take you to Consumer Affairs and sue you?

You are assuming everyone calls to complain about their bills. That's not even the half of it with Verizon. They lie and manipulate new and existing customers. I had a rep tell me he would lower my bill to $115 and add HBO well guess what my bill was already $115 lol and he was using the HBO to try to trick me into signing a contract which I only found out when he played the agreement message for me. Of course I listened carefully and told him I was no longer Intrested.
