Leaving Them for Good

Been with them since 2008. Its about time to cut my loses. This company went down in the last couple of years. I do not want Verizon to fail, I just want them to listen to their customers and treat them better. Its like they are trained to automatically be "against" the consumer. I do not call with an attitude. I speak rationally to them, yet they treat me as if I am dumb, which I am far from (2 graduate degrees). I know that doesn't make me smart in the tech department BUT when you deliberately try to belittle me, then we have a problem. I have no problem paying $1500 to get out of my contract, but I am so use to having Verizon, I don't want to go through the headache & go to another carrier (I was prepaid T-Mobile at first). Nonetheless, I have to do what I need to do for my mental state. I refuse to be on the phone with Verizon 5 days a week trying to get something resolved. I won't give them the satisfaction of getting me all angry, for my rant to turn into a cursing match. I will just LEAVE!! Simple as that!!
