on demand free movie not enough credits to order???

So close to two hours now with various verizon support staff. So far I have had to give my phone number 9 times and my account number 5 times. Nobody transfers my information from one representative to the other. But thank goodness the calls are being recorded for quality assurance!! Yeah right like that's gonna help. Coincidentally I disconnect my call and miraculously get a quick call back that it seems to be a problem on their end with internal records but that department is closed now but will get back to me in twenty four hours.

God help the human race.

its all by design ! havent you seen the commercial when the guy calls in to speak to a department and it shows to computer modem towers talking to each other and saying we dont have that department and one says just play that annoying modem noise (what old dial up internet used to sound like) well they were being funny but companies really do that to make it so nerve racking and unpleasant that you dont want to even try again because life is to short -bottom line nobody is there because they are out spending the money the rip us off for
