So Tired...

I have called them a total of 9x since last week. No one can explain to me what is going on with my account. Been with them 7 years & this is the first time I've had a major issue with my account. I have no clue what it could be. I do know to be careful what you ask a rep to do as far as ordering a phone or simply just calling to change your address. Some reps just simply doesn't know their job. If asking a rep to do those simple things will alter my account in such a way that it has now, I will most definitely not upgrade every 2 years now. I rather keep my phone. This is mentally draining & I am at my limit. I asked the rep to do something simple (new phone & update address) & now my whole account is out of whack!!

out sourcing to 3rd world countries -baboo doesnt know what to do at 3cents an hr. nor will they do anything about that it just aids them in deniabilty having someone who barely understands how to talk much more communicate in english ! i would say you get what you pay for but that saying no longer has clout as companies seem more interrested in cheating you and then making its seem like it what you wanted and asked for rather than making a customer happy -verizon used to be such a good company but then again their where people that believed in ERON and people like BERNIE MADOF lol I wouldve been leary about his last name , because he made off with alot of peoples fortunes

so you people will know -the only time they will honestly try and give you good customer service and push all the right buttons is when your no longer under contract and are leaving them -they will bend over backwards to get you back but it all goes away when you verbally sign on the dotted line ! also anybody thats on auto pay from their bank accounts or credit cards -change the damn account numbers (you have to request it ) as they can and will take what they want even if you leave them and good luck trying to get it back as it never comes
