OK to not so hot...

I've had Verizon for about 6 years...not bad service for as little as I use a phone and they're all over the place up here in New England. But ain't it funny how my "family plan" now costs me over $300 a month, on average, for me, my wife & 3 Kids plus internet contact? Granted, that's a lot of phone lines but it's also a good car payment. Also, at Verizon's rep's suggestion, we "upgraded" to a Jetpack Spud from a Hotspot (which worked quite fine until it suddenly started shutting off, mysteriously). Now we enjoy very common "Page not available" notices - often when trying to check the Verizon website to check our account to even pay the flippin' bill!!! Don't know if it's the pretty little spud-box or maybe the stars got unaligned. Again. Beyond that, the last couple of Customer Reps we've encountered have been WAY less than professional. One was quite helpful but snorted a lot about her end of the process... the other was rather stupid regarding other phone providers being equally stupid (maybe that's a prerequisite). Thanks for letting me vent. Corporate America really needs to get it's ass off it's face. Sad situation we're in...Hang in there and make music, I say!
