Here is a prime example

Want to know why you get shitty rep service today i took a call. And the very "pleasent" person on the other line had called 7 times before me trying to access his account but could not remember his password fine ok asked for the last 4 of his social refused to disclose that then proceeded to call me a faggot cocksucking bitch he hung up on me then i reopened the account later and he did the SAME thing to another rep...please be nice to us it is not our direct fault aa to why things are going wrong on your account

I understand you on that. But some of these rants are legit rant. So the same can be said for u all. Not all of us are crazy like that person u described and we still get hung up on, talked down to and passed around from person to person. Moral of the story, we need to be nice and u all can at least get better training to deal with our complaints. I agree, the CSR and the consumer both need to play nice. BTW, sorry that was said to u.

Thank you for that. I honestly try within what iam allowed to do to help. Iam lucky to have a good supervisor and a good team who tries to stop the rape and be honest with our customers

The only time I got any real help from a Verizon rep was to pay my bill any other time I got the runaround and now when i call I am nice until the bs starts which never takes long your training includes the proper way to condescend and lie and transfer to someone else who will do the same so now I'm gonna call be polite and give you people the runaround did it today as a matter of fact funny how she couldn't figure out how I kept her on the phone while I ate lunch with questions statrted when my real question about my bill being wrong she tried to pass me off after the last one hung up on me guess we are not all stupid bug the hell out of them until they conform to decency
